| Surfrider Foundation Europe is an environmental non-profit making organisation (conforming to the French law passed in 1901) created in 1990 in France (Biarritz). In the course of its existence it has acquired real expertise in researching environmental issues, campaigning on the local scale as well as creating and disseminating educational tools.
